Membantu Ahli Farmasi dalam proses pendispensan ubat serta melayan pelanggan.
Menguruskan stok inventori termasuk menerima stok, menyemak tarikh luput, dan menyusun produk di farmasi.
Menjaga kebersihan serta kekemasan farmasi.
Memberikan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang mesra dan proaktif dalam mempromosikan produk.
