Jawatan Kosong Production & Material Planner in Nilai

JOB DESCRIPTION

Material planning :

• Determine material requirements based on the production schedule and inventory levels.
• Plan &schedule materials availability to drive production to meet customers' delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams for efficient inventory storage and distribution.

Production Planning :

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule based on customer orders, sales forecasts, and production capacity.
• To ensure all customer orders are translated and informed to production
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods to prevent stock outs and overstock situations.
• To issue Work Order to production and monitor the production are running according to priority of Work Order in order to fulfill customer's delivery.
• Manages the WO plans to achieve customer on-time deliverie
• Monitor and follow up closely on production output to ensure promised date to customers are met.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's Degree in Materials Management, Business Administration and etc
• Minimum 1 years of experience in manufacturing environment.
• Agile and Detailed oriented.
• Possess knowledge of production planning.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and analytical skills. Attention to detail and ability to work well with team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
