Job Summary: Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communications, On-Time delivery of documents.

Responsibilities:
o Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings.
o Communicate with other organisation for appointments
o Handle confidential information with discretion.
o Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
o Maintain documentation and records of patients.
Qualifications:
o Experience in an administrative job or similar role.
o Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
o Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
o Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
o Any ad hoc job experiences assigned by superior.
o Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
o Ability to work independently

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
