TECHNICIAN (Machine - Grinding)

Lokasi: Pasir Gudang, Johor
Gaji Asas: RM2,000 – RM3,000 (bergantung pengalaman) + Allowances
Employment Type: Contract dengan Permanent Employee Benefits
Hari Bekerja: Isnin – Jumaat, Rotating Shift

Waktu Bekerja: AM Shift: 8:30 pagi – 5:30 petang, PM Shift: 10:30 malam – 7:30 pagi

Benefits: Annual Leave (AL), Completion Bonus, Medical Coverage & Allowances

Skop Kerja:

• Mengendalikan mesin grinding untuk menghasilkan precision parts mengikut engineering drawings & specifications.
• Menjalankan profile grinding, angle grinding & mirror surface finishing.
• Bekerja dengan tight tolerance, termasuk flatness tolerance sehingga 0.002mm.
• Membaca dan memahami engineering drawings, blueprints & machining specifications.
• Membuat pengiraan dimensions & tolerances serta measurement pada workpieces.
• Menjalankan machine setup dan menyediakan workpieces sebelum production.
• Membuat setup dan maintenance grinding wheels mengikut keperluan machining.
• Memeriksa finished parts menggunakan height gauge, profile projector dan precision measuring tools.
• Menjalankan basic machine maintenance dengan support daripada maintenance team.
• Memastikan kerja memenuhi quality & safety requirements.
• Menjalankan tugas lain yang diberikan oleh supervisor.

Requirements:

• Sijil / SKM Level 3 / Diploma / Degree dalam Mechanical Engineering atau bidang berkaitan.
• Minimum 1–2 tahun pengalaman dalam grinding machining atau precision machining.
• Berpengalaman membaca engineering drawings dalam English serta memahami dimensions & tolerances.
• Boleh membaca dan memahami Bahasa English, terutama untuk engineering drawings, specifications dan work instructions.
• Mampu menggunakan precision measuring instruments.
• Boleh bekerja secara independent dan dalam team.
• Mempunyai communication & problem-solving skills yang baik.
• Mampu bekerja dalam fast-paced environment dan under pressure.
• Bersedia bekerja secara rotating shift.
