Jawatan Kosong HR Officer – Development fixed-term contract in Kuching

This is an Administrative Position at Swinburne Sarawak Campus. The main duties and responsibilities of this position are in relation to the following scope of works within the Human Resources Unit’s Development function, namely:

• Organising Induction programme for new recruits;
• Staff training and development;
• Academic promotions process;
• Swinburne Values and staff engagement programmes or activities;
• Staff awards;
• Staff engagement survey; and
• Any other work assigned including application for work permit and processes related to immigration matters, and teaching permit.

The Position Holder will assist with the planning of related HR activities and the implementation of related process improvements and any other initiatives across other sections of the HR unit as well as any other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time.
