Kami sedang mencari calon yang komited dan berdisiplin untuk menyertai team kami sebagai Collection Advisor.

Job Scope

-Tiada jualan diperlukan (No sales required)

-Menghubungi pelanggan (online & offline – inbound, outbound & field visit)

-Mengurus kutipan bayaran tertunggak secara profesional & berhemah

-Memastikan semua bayaran dikemaskini dalam sistem

-Sikap positif, berdisiplin & boleh bekerja dalam team

-Boleh ikut arahan & hormat manager

-Mampu bekerja under pressure & capai target KPI

-Bersedia bekerja weekend & public holiday

-Pengalaman dalam collection / sales / customer service adalah kelebihan
