Jawatan Kosong Customer Account Consultant in Kota Kinabalu

Job Opportunity: Customer Account Consultant

Company: Twomax Credit Sdn. Bhd.

Location: Taipan, Inanam KK.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

Salary Range: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and account-related issues. Provide prompt and courteous responses via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Sales Support: Assist in promoting company products and services to customers through effective communication and understanding of their financial needs.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input and update customer information, transactions, and interactions in the company database.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as finance and operations to ensure seamless customer service delivery and resolution of complex issues.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree holders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and data entry skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales roles is advantageous.
  • Fluency in Malay, English, or Mandarin..

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Saturday: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
  • Sunday & Public Holidays: Off
