Job Title: Senior Integration Engineer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Integration Engineer to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Integration Engineer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the seamless integration of our Transportation Management Software with clients' existing systems and applications. You will work closely with both our internal development teams and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation process.

Job Responsibilities:

• System Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of clients' existing systems and infrastructure to identify integration points and requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and objectives.

• Integration Planning:
  • Develop comprehensive integration plans, considering data mapping, workflow optimization, and system compatibility.
  • Provide expert advice on best practices for integration based on industry standards.

• Implementation:
  • Lead the implementation of integration solutions, working closely with both internal development teams and clients.
    
  • Implement and configure integrations with low code integration platform based on internal and external API specifications

• Testing and Debugging:
  • Conduct thorough testing of integration processes to ensure data accuracy, security, and reliability.
  • Debug and resolve issues that may arise during the integration process.

• Documentation:
  • Create detailed documentation for integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Provide training to clients and internal teams on integrated systems.

• Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and support teams, to ensure a cohesive integration process.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating effective communication.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience with iPaaS software such as Axway, Boomi, Mulesoft or internal platform
• Strong understanding of API integrations, web services, and data exchange formats.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Django) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with SaaS solutions and cloud platforms.
