Jawatan Kosong Bookkeeping in Kota Kinabalu

Park & Associates is an accounting firm based in Seattle, Washington. We are looking for new members who are, clerical and meticulous, to join the team in Kota Kinabalu branch.

Job Description of Bookkeeper

· Meticulously compile and gather data for processing and entering data into the system

· Enter and process data relating to bank deposits and bank checks

· Maintain databases for single or multiple clients

· Handle data processing for single or multiple clients

· Compliance to organizational standards, including data privacy standards of clients

· Adhere to the work schedules or timeline given

· Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications of Bookkeeper

· A minimum of Diploma in Accounting is preferred, or any related certificate may be preferred

· 1-3 years of experience in the industry or any related bookkeeping / clerical position may be preferred

· Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with notable experience working on multiple tasks

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to positively interact within a team

· Familiar or experienced in any accounting system is a MUST

· Comfort in using common computer operating systems and tools, including Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite programs

· Fluency and writing in English is a MUST

· Willingness to work extended hours and be on-call for other duties, as needed

· Will have to go through a background check by the company
