We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support & Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing customer interactions, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. As a Customer Support and Sales Specialist, your focus will be to take ownership on managing customer’s inquiries, feedback & generate sales leads.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers via online chat, providing prompt and professional responses while fostering trust and maintaining positive relationships through clear and engaging communication.
• Customer Analysis: Evaluate and address customer needs, offering tailored solutions and recommendations.
• Sales Identification: Identify potential sales opportunities and drive sales by recommending appropriate products or services.
• Information Accuracy: Ensure the provision of accurate and comprehensive information by staying updated on products, company policies, and compliance standards.
• Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints promptly, propose solutions, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Feedback Capture: Capture and record customer feedback and insights, documenting inquiries and the actions taken to improve products and services.
• Flexibility and Teamwork: Adapt to changing priorities and collaborate effectively with team members to meet business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is a plus.
• Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes.
• Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with strong common sense and self-motivation.
• Teamwork: Excellent team player who excels in a communicative, feedback-driven environment.
