• Ensure all ingredients, preparation, cooking processes, and food handling adhere strictly to Halal standards.
• Design and develop innovative and culturally authentic menus, incorporating both traditional and contemporary Chinese Muslim dishes.
• Source fresh, high-quality, and Halal-certified ingredients to ensure a consistent taste and compliance with religious requirements.
• Prepare and cook dishes with precision, ensuring a balance of flavors, appealing presentation, and high-quality standards.
• Supervise kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and maintain a well-organized, clean, and efficient working environment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards, as well as general workplace safety protocols.
• Manage stock levels of ingredients and kitchen supplies, maintaining accurate inventory records and minimizing food waste.
