Jawatan Kosong HR ASSISTANT in Klang

Job Description:

• Create and maintain job postings on relevant job portals or recruitment channel.
• Supporting overall recruitment activities.
• Coordinate with hiring manager to understand their specific requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
• Responsible to ensure all the necessary recruitment documentation is in place for both hardcopy and softcopy.
• Assist hiring manager the onboarding process .
• All other duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in recruitment field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices: interview arrangement, recruitment tools.
• Possess good communication, interpersonal skills, and proactive.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to start October 2024.
• Preferably those can start work immediately.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Internship, Contract, New-Grad
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
