Jawatan Kosong Internship, AI & Automation in Kuala Lumpur Job Summary

• Join Allianz Malaysia’s Data AI Office and support the development of AI and automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enable smarter ways of working across the organization.
• The role focuses mainly on process automation, with exposure to AI and Generative AI where they enhance automation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Development Solution Design: Assist in process review, requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and enhancement of AI and automation solutions using approved enterprise tools and platforms.
• Documentation Validation: Prepare and maintain process flows, solution logic, user guides, technical notes, test scenarios, and other project documentation. Support testing, validation, user acceptance activities, and ongoing improvement tracking.
• Collaboration Continuous Improvement: Work with cross-functional teams to support AI and automation initiatives, participate in discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions, and contribute practical ideas to improve processes, productivity, and user experience.

Requirements

• Availability for at least 3 months Internship
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong interest in process automation, AI, Generative AI, digital transformation, and practical business problem solving
• Basic knowledge of Python, Power Automate, Microsoft 365 tools, prompting skills, or other automation technologies is an advantage
• Able to understand business processes, think analytically, pay attention to details, and communicate clearly with different teams
• Curious, proactive, willing to learn, and committed to delivering quality outcomes in a timely manner
