We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at Arnold Cycling Cafe. As a barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You’ll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to company standards
• Ensure consistent quality in drink preparation and presentation
• Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service
• Handle POS transactions and manage basic inventory (beans, milk, etc.)
• Clean and maintain equipment, work areas, and the customer seating area
• Assist in opening and closing duties
• Support team members during peak hours and contribute to smooth operations

Requirements:

• Previous barista or F&B experience preferred (but not mandatory for trainees)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
• Willingness to learn and follow cafe SOPs
• Availability on weekends and public holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Work Location: In person
