t Manager, Global Sponsorship

Role Purpose

Accountable for supporting and executing strategic and event planning by ensuring the plan is according to business and Senior Management objective

Key Accountability

• Assist in identifying and evaluating potential partnership opportunities, conducting research and analysis to assess their alignment with company objectives.

• Collaborate with the team to develop partnership strategies and assist in negotiating agreements that benefit all parties involved.

• Support the team in maintaining regular communication with strategic partners, ensuring strong relationships are fostered.

• Contribute to the planning, organization, and execution of events, including conferences, trade shows, seminars, and networking events, to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

• Assist in managing event logistics, such as venue selection, budgeting, vendor coordination, and on-site support.

• Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to develop event content, promotional materials, and marketing initiatives.

• Contribute to monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of partnerships and events, gathering data to measure ROI and provide insights for future decision-making.

• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential partnership and event opportunities.

• Collaborate with senior team members to support the overall strategic direction for the company's partnership and event initiatives.

• Assist and support the manager of existing partnerships and sponsorship to ensure that they are meeting the organization's needs

Qualifications & Working Experience

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in related industry and event planning

Area of Experience

• Proven experience in strategic partnership development and event planning

• Knowledge of event planning and management best practices

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and event management software

• Awareness of industry trends and an eagerness to stay updated with market developments

• Proficiency in ticketing and knowledge in ticketing jargons.
