General Job descriptions:

• Ensuring good public relationships with clients
• Answering all phone calls
• Creating patient appointments in clinic system
• Any other specific customer care task depending on need

Requirements:

• At least SPM or higher. Diploma or Certificate holders are encouraged to apply.
• Experienced candidates or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in spoken and written languages (Bahasa Malaysia and English). Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Must be computer literate
