Brew Crew Opportunity

We're looking for warm, attentive Assistant Café Managers who are committed to creating great guest experiences and helping others Find Their Flavor. As a leader of our Brew Crew, you'll inspire your team, drive café performance, and deliver a "Simply the Best" coffee and tea experience every day.

Key Responsibilities

In your role as Assistant Café Manager, you will:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Brew Crew, fostering an engaging, inclusive, and guest-focused culture.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring consistent execution of brand, quality, and service standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by leading from the front and resolving guest feedback promptly and professionally.
• Drive café performance by managing sales, productivity, labour, inventory, and operating costs.
• Ensure food safety, workplace safety, and operational compliance are maintained at all times.
• Manage cash handling, stock control, ordering, and other administrative responsibilities accurately and responsibly.
• Onboard, coach, and develop Brew Crew members to build capability and support career growth.
• Collaborate with your District Manager and wider teams to achieve operational and commercial goals.

Your Ingredients

We're looking for people who are passionate about creating great guest experiences and helping others Find Their Flavor.

• Minimum 3 years' experience managing a café, restaurant, or similar food & beverage operation.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong hospitality mindset with the ability to build lasting guest relationships.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing sales, labour, inventory, and operational performance.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
