About Our Client

Our client is a designer toy company based in Hong Kong, specializing in high-quality collectible toys and toy-related products through collaborations with artists worldwide, while also integrating sales, marketing, and licensing strategies to expand local and international markets.

Job Scope:

• Assist Licensing Managers in the implementation and administration of license agreements.
• Support day-to-day license management activities, including tracking agreement status and updates.
• Coordinate with the Regional Finance team on royalty reporting and financial analysis related to licensing.
• Work with the Creative Approval team to update Licensing Managers on licensees’ product development status.
• Liaise with licensees to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Provide ad-hoc support related to licensing operations and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in licensing, contract administration, or a related field.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin proficiency required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to work accurately with contractual, financial, and operational information.
