KD Timber Sdn Bhd [Parkcity] Recruitment Ogos 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts & Inventory: Handle basic accounting, daily financial data entry, invoicing, payment vouchers, stock checking, inventory records, purchase orders and supplier invoices.
• Administration & Documentation: Maintain accurate filing systems, databases, company documents and correspondence; handle calls, emails and visitors professionally.
• Operations & Logistics: Monitor daily production progress, lorry trips, incoming goods and raw materials, delivery documentation, and coordinate shipping container operations.
• Office & Compliance Management: Manage office/workshop/factory maintenance, licenses, permits and renewals, and liaise with relevant authorities including DOSH, DOE, Customs, BDA, JPJ and PUSPAKOM.
• Team Coordination & Support: Work closely with management, Operations and Production teams to ensure smooth daily operations, proper documentation and compliance, while handling ad-hoc administrative duties when required

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administration, accounting, office management or operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask and work independently.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
