Peranan ini menggabungkan tanggungjawab seorang ketua outlet dengan tugas dalam bidang penjualan dan pemasaran. Individu dalam jawatan ini bertanggungjawab untuk memimpin dan mengurus pasukan jualan dan pemasaran, serta merancang dan melaksanakan strategi untuk mencapai matlamat jualan dan meningkatkan kesedaran jenama.

TUGASAN DAN TANGGUNGJAWAB

• Memastikan standard perkhidmatan pelanggan, pemasaran, penyusunan dan paparan barangan, pengurusan stok, dan pentadbiran yang profesional dibangunkan dan dilaksanakan agar sasaran jualan tercapai.
• Memastikan semua ahli pasukan sentiasa bermotivasi, diawasi, dan dilatih dengan baik untuk melaksanakan tanggungjawab mereka mengikut prosedur operasi standard (SOP) dan jadual pembahagian tugas.
• Menjana & menyediakan laporan yang diperlukan seperti yang diperlukan (Laporan harian AM Report, tahap inventori, dll).
• Menyediakan jadual kerja mingguan, kandungan kreatif, dan rancangan pemasaran, serta memastikan ahli pasukan mengikuti jadual tersebut melalui penyerahan laporan individu dan senarai semak ketua.
• Membangun dan mengekalkan prosedur pentadbiran selaras dengan prosedur operasi standard (SOP).
• Membantu pengurus kedai dalam pengambilan & menguruskan jadual tugas kakitangan, cuti, kebajikan, isu disiplin.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
