JOB SUMMARY

• Manage the University’s official social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.) to ensure consistent, on-brand, and high-quality content that supports student recruitment, engagement, and brand awareness objectives.
• Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars in alignment with marketing campaigns and institutional goals.
• Monitor and manage audience engagement across all platforms, responding promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Contribute to the strategic planning process, particularly in areas related to branding, sub-brand architecture, and marketing communications across various market segments.
• Assist in the development and implementation of internal and external communications plans, with a focus on prospective student outreach.
• Establish and maintain relationships with mass media outlets to promote the University and increase visibility.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from a recognised institution; OR a Diploma with at least three (3) years of relevant work experience.
• Proven knowledge or experience in social media management and/or communications, with a proactive attitude and passion for producing high-impact content.
• Strong ability to create written and visual content with attention to detail and minimal grammatical errors.
• Willingness and ability to work on weekends and outside office hours when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
