WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

• Collaborate with our awesome HR and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Dive deep into business processes, workflows, and system requirements related to HR systems and solutions
• Configure and maintain the system to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Understand the interdependency between all the modules in the system

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Rapid acquisition of technical expertise and understanding of business areas and processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Not Mandatory, but a Plus:
