Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to owner inquiries via WhatsApp, email and calls; log and follow up professionally
• Review, file and stamp Management Agreements via the LHDN e-stamping platform
• Maintain the Owner Portal and Masterlists — owner profiles, unit status and contract info
• Manage keys and access cards for new units; handle secure storage and handover forms
• Support procurement/vendor admin (internet, utilities, invoices, refunds, claims)
• Assist with event and project coordination, meeting scheduling and documentation

Jobs Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in business administration, property management or related field
• Experience in property management is an advantage
• Strong organisation, coordination and multitasking skills
• Communication in English, Bahasa & Mandarin is an advantage; MS Office; ZOHO CRM a plus
• Self-motivated and proactive; own transport prioritised

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
