Windows Systems Administrator

We will count on you to:

• Manage and maintain end user Windows-based infrastructure
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and related software.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems from unauthorized access and data breaches.
• Manage Active Directory services, including user accounts, group policies, and security permissions.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to plan and implement infrastructure projects and upgrades.
• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement improvements.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Windows Systems Administrator or similar role.
• Solid understanding of Windows operating systems and Active Directory services.
• Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware.
• Good knowledge of networking principles and protocols.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCSA, VCP) are a plus.

What makes you stand out:

• Experience with cloud-based application support services, such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience working with JIRA / Confluence
• Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
• Knowledge of VPN technologies and ability to troubleshoot
• Experience with Cloudflare WARP / Zero Trust methodology
