Jawatan Kosong R&D Executive in Sungai Petani

Job description

• Participate the research, ideation, and development of new products from conceptualization to launch, considering market trends and consumer needs.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to produce / manufacture products while ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Ensure all products adhere to regulatory requirements, certifications, and quality standards in the industry.
• Develop prototypes, conduct product testing.
• Prepare product schedules, manage timeline and prioritise the implementation of the products and/or enhancement within or the shortest possible timeframes.
• Analyse and review the product aimed in developing a holistic understanding of the product performance, growth drivers and trends.
• Conduct market competition analysis, identify and implement proposals to improve the efficiency of the product offer via simplifications, standardisation or rationalization and process improvement.
• Accountable in designing packaging material for Company's product, Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM), and assist in artwork development process.
• Collaborate, manage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to execute product implementation, process enhancement etc.
• Any other duties that assigned by the superior.
• Assist in inventory management.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree in related field (Chemistry or Polymer )

Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development

Experience with successful product launches is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
