Jawatan Kosong Purchasing Assistant in Melaka

Requirements :

• SPM / STPM / Diploma holder or equivalent may apply.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Requires language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
• Result oriented with a strong sense of urgency and managing to handle and work under pressure.

Description :

• To issue purchase order.
• To request for quotations & materials sample from potential, suppliers.
• Perform price comparison based on quotation received from suppliers.
• To find best suppliers for company projects.
• Arrangement of time and place for the delivery with site staffs.
• Communicating with suppliers to obtain quotes and ensure timely deliveries.
• Handle administrative tasks related to purchasing activities.
