MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

To prepare and update reports on time and accurately.
Compile monthly KPI report on time and accurately.
To submit monthly report (import/export) to custom.
To liaise with the forwarder on shipment pick-up and deliveries.
To handle company’s shipments export / import.
To follow up on the inbound and outbound shipment delivery status and ensure the on-time delivery.
To advise customers, planner, and purchaser on the delivery schedule.
To prepare the shipment’s documents (Delivery Order / Packing List / Commercial Invoices).
To prepare and apply the custom’s approval for shipment exemption (import /export).
To liaise with packers for shipment’s packing / crating.
To attend and eliminate any issue in the weekly project or operation meeting as well as the customer meeting.
To ensure the team performs the task appropriately and fulfill the audit requirement.
To ensure on resource and time management, problem solving, discipline and company policy.
