Our Inventory Management team within Materials and Procurement takes charge of the security and accountability of our inventory by documenting transactions, verifying processes and procedures and reviewing systems. We conduct physical inventories and lead cycle counts, correcting discrepancies where possible. We also audit incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure quality and accuracy.

What you’ll achieve
As an Analyst, Inventory Management you will be responsible for inventory tracking and monitoring. You will work with Inventory Management team on accuracy and accountability of our inventory by documenting transactions, verifying processes and procedures and reviewing systems.

You will:

• Performs daily system to system inventory on hand and transactional reconciliations.
• Perform analysis basing on report and identify action plan. Analyze results & report to the management team.
• Drive for root cause/corrective actions with proper closure and action plan with stakeholders. Ensure that appropriate root cause and corrective actions are driven to reduce variation in reported inventory balances.
• Engage with stakeholders in issue management of the variances and recurring issues resolutions.
• Support all transformation initiatives within the organization
• Complete all inventory control audits as required and drive corrective action for any findings. Risk management that involve identify risk level, driving for solutions and process improvement
• Applies Dell Technologies inventory control policy & standards. Supports Supply Chain Initiatives

Essential Requirements

• Good in analytical skill
• Good in computer skill (esp. Excel, Access) & good to possess fundamental Programming knowledge (eg, VBA)
