Job Description

• Sell and promote bancassurance products and identify customer segments for new sales
• Perform prospecting and cold calls to engage with potential customers for sales
• Participate in sales and marketing events to acquire new customers
• Establish business relationships with customers to strengthen rapport for up-selling activities
• Provide financial advice and follow up service on policy matters to customers

Job Requirements

• Not a full time Insurance Agent / Public Mutual Agent for 1 year or more.
• Does not have any immediate family / relative who are full time Insurance Agent / Public Mutual Agent / Agency Manager irrespective of vicinity.
• Candidate is interested in Bancassurance sales
• For SPM holder, must have minimum 5 passes inclusive BM (with 3 full years working experience)
• Candidates with own transport is preferred
• Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is an added advantage)
• Fresh graduates (SPM/Diploma/Degree) are welcomed to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM5,900.00 per month
