Job Description:

Kinta Properties is looking for a Marketing Executive to work within its group’s growing in-house marketing team.

The role will take the lead on go-to-market activities for our education portfolio, including preschool and kindergarten – Kinder Labz, international and private school – Knewton Global Schools, and language centre – Ipoh Learning & Training Institute (ILTI).

You will work closely with the marketing team to develop a clear marketing strategy for each brand.

Your Mission

• Write, produce and edit creative and compelling content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok).
• Oversee production, coordination and delivery of print and digital collateral, website development, renderings, out of home (street buntings, billboards and wayfinding), media relations, roadshows, etc.
• Coordinate with creative agencies and vendors on all marketing and promotional materials.
• Write clear creative briefs and scripts for internal photographer / videographer and graphic designer.
• Ensure all touchpoints are on brand – from identity to tone of voice.
• Provide monthly analysis of campaign performance to measure effectiveness and use learnings for future campaigns.
• Strong internal communication skills – to be an ambassador for the brand and to ensure that stakeholders are kept up-to-date with the marketing plans.
• Share best practice in marketing and relevant tools across the marketing team.
• Work in frequent swarms on whole group projects – from property development to hospitality.

Your Talent

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 1-year working experience.
• Team-oriented; works well with others in a cross-functional way to get the job done.
• Self-starter; able to start and complete projects independently.
• Excellent written and oral communications (English, Bahasa Melayu and/or Mandarin language); conveys ideas clearly and concisely.
• Able to take and edit videos for social media content.
• Positive and confident person who thrives in a collaborative environment and is able to adapt easily and work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks across multiple projects.
• Deep understanding of leads funnels.
