Fotostat Seri Murni Sdn Bhd Job Vacancies Ogos 2026

Responsibilities:

• Handle sales enquiries (call-in & walk-in customers).
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales documentation.
• Follow up with customers before & after sales, including contract renewal.
• Support tender preparation, documentation, submission and clarification.
• Maintain customer database and sales records.
• Assist in negotiating and closing sales to achieve monthly targets.
• Prepare weekly sales reports, WIP and revenue updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams for billing, delivery and documentation.
• Support Team Lead throughout the sales cycle and presentations.
• Participate in marketing events and company sales activities.

Requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma in admin or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in relevant working position

• Working Hours: Saturday to Thursday, 8.45am to 5.15pm
