• Plan, organize, and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, including timely follow-up on action items.
• Experience in building talent pipelines, leveraging technology to support recruitment activities, and monitoring recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support the planning and execution of new initiatives and HR-related projects assigned to the unit.
• Contribute to strategic tasks such as benchmarking, data consolidation and analysis, proposal development, policy reviews, and preparing presentation materials.
• Lead the team in enhancing internal HR processes and procedures, driving continuous improvement while providing accurate and timely guidance on HR matters to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Supervise team members by setting professional standards, providing clear direction, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Proactively identify and address HR challenges by developing and implementing innovative, practical, and effective solutions.
• Liaise with government authorities and statutory bodies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including training providers, and participate in networking activities with other higher education institutions.
• Maintain ongoing compliance with applicable government, ministerial, statutory, and accreditation requirements across operational processes and reporting.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience, with at least one (1) year in a supervisory role.
• Demonstrate knowledge of current HR best practices and emerging trends in recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
• Has exposure in building pipeline, use of technology for recruitment function, monitoring of recruitment indicators will be an added advantage
• Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• High level of integrity with the ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS).

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
