Easy Payment Plan (EPP) - Increase awareness and build receivables by driving big ticket purchases via EPP.

Strategic Merchant Partnerships - Manage and implement relevant usage campaigns with strategic merchants.

Merchant Promotions - Initiate and liaise with merchants for promotional offers, from negotiation to roll out, including timely communications via targeted channels and/or social media.

Thematic Campaigns - Maintain constant engagement with Cardmembers via thematic campaigns/communications in conjunction with festive celebrations, sale and holiday seasons.

Card Scheme Campaigns - Increase brand visibility and billings by leveraging on the relevant card scheme campaigns

Communications - Ensure marketing campaigns are communicated to all relevant parties and effectively reach out to the target segments through the appropriate channels.
