• Uploading and maintenance of duty rosters through Mizzisoft System monthly.
• Online updating of duty rosters.
• Generating and emailing of lateness and absenteeism reports to respective HODs.
• Preparing no pay leave and stop payment memos.
• Maintaining of staffs’ annual leave, medical leave, hospitalization and casual leaves to LSS/ SAP Leave System.

Qualification :

• Minimum SPM
• Ablle to speak and write simple English
• Computer literate
• Able to work on shift / PH
