Jawatan Kosong ACCOUNT ASST ADMIN in Alor Setar

JAWATAN KOSONG ACCOUNT ASST ADMIN DI RIZKA SDN BHD

Tugas & tanggungjawab :

- Bertanggungjawab mengedalikan akaun termasuk menguruskan hal-hal berkaitan dengan transaksi GL & RL seperti invois, nota debit dan memantau transaksi harian.

- Menguruskan fail dan dokumentasi akaun (P&C filing) serta merekodkan semua aset syarikat.

- Membantu auditor dalam hal-hal berkaitan audit dan menyediakan dokumen yang diperlukan oleh auditor untuk audit.

- Memastikan rekod perakaunan diisi ke dalam sistem perakaunan dengan betul dan tepat.

- Menyediakan pembayaran expenses bulanan seperti bil air, bil elektrik dan lain-lain.

- Memproses gaji bulanan termasuk kiraan dan caruman OT, KOMISEN, EPF, SOCSO, EIS

- Mengendalikan semua surat-menyurat masuk dan keluar, termasuk e-mal, surat dan panggilan telefon.

- Menyediakan report harian, bulanan dan setiap suku tahun.

- Menguruskan bekalan pejabat dan peralatan dll.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,204.93 - RM2,390.17 per month
