Jawatan Kosong Service Crew - IOI City Mall in Putrajaya

As a member of our Service Crew, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience. This includes greeting and seating customers, managing orders, processing payments, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner
• Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations
• Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen team
• Handle transactions at the cashier, ensuring accuracy in billing and payments
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and follow health and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with the team to create a positive dining environment

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
