Jawatan Kosong Service Crew - IOI City Mall in Putrajaya

As a member of our Service Crew, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience. This includes greeting and seating customers, managing orders, processing payments, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area. If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner
• Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations
• Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen team
• Handle transactions at the cashier, ensuring accuracy in billing and payments
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and follow health and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with the team to create a positive dining environment

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
• Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage is a plus, but not required. Fresh graduate are welcome
• Flexibility with work hours, including weekends and public holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
