About the role

This is a full-time Supervisor role at Inovatif Motor Sdn Bhd based in Tawau, Sabah. As a Supervisor, you will play a key strategic role in overseeing the daily operations of the department and ensuring the efficient delivery of quality products and services to our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating the work of a team of retail associates to ensure departmental targets and KPIs are met
• Monitoring inventory levels and product availability, and liaising with the supply chain team to maintain appropriate stock levels
• Providing excellent customer service and supporting the sales team to deliver a seamless shopping experience
• Implementing and enforcing company policies, procedures and safety standards
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and making recommendations to management
• Conducting performance reviews and providing coaching and feedback to team members
• Escalating any issues or concerns to the department manager in a timely manner

• Proven experience in a retail supervisory or management role, preferably in the automotive or consumer products industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
