Lips Carpenter (www.lipscarpenter.com | @thelipscarpenter) is an artisan beauty brand specializing in sustainable and natural skincare and beauty products. We are seeking a passionate and results-driven individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Representative or Lead.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and participate in high quality bazaars (mostly around Klang Valley) at various markets/malls and manage bazaar setup which includes making sure booth is well-organized and aesthetically appealing, all necessary booth supplies and inventories are in order.
• Actively serve customers, build relationships, and provide exceptional customer service at beauty bazaars
• Recruit, train, and manage part-time sales associates/promoters.
• Consistently hit daily and monthly sales targets and drive sales growth.
• Gather feedback from customers and analyze market trends.
• Identify and explore new sales channels to expand our reach and increase revenue.
• Manage and collaborate with affiliates and influencers to promote our products online and drive sales.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail sales and customer service.
• Self-driven, strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for the beauty industry and a deep understanding of the target market.
• Outgoing personality and ability to connect with customers.
• Sales-driven: Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Fresh grads with experience in retail sales/customer service and ability to drive and lead are welcome to apply!

Compensation Structure: Basic salary and competitive commission structure.
