About the Role

Our client is an established and growing packaging MNC and they are looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead sales activities, develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing customers for both international and domestic markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts and working closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are effectively translated into production and delivery plans.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Business Management, Manufacturing or a related discipline.
• 5 - 7 years and above of relevant sales packaging experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or team-lead capacity.
• Strong experience in B2B sales and key account management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven track record in business development, customer acquisition and achieving sales targets.
• Strong commercial understanding with experience in pricing, negotiation, sales forecasting and profitability management.
• Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate and develop a sales team.
• Willing to travel for customer meetings and business development activities when required.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
