Jawatan Kosong TECHNICIAN in Kemaman

• Install instruments, ensuring that they all function properly at peak levels.
• Troubleshoot and isolate instrument/equipment problems, and make repairs to resolved issues a day, week, month, etc.
• Carries out routine maintenance and testing activities
• Check instruments and equipment daily to make necessary calibrations to keep everything operating precisely.
• Answer requests for maintenance work on all instruments and equipment.
• Ensure the Calibrate test equipment/service and report in order (in house and client)
• Records calibrations made, parts and components used, and inventory of parts on hand.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to repair and install instruments.
• Orders spares and consumables as required on an ongoing basis
• Maintain effective records on equipment logbook on equipment failure, investigation and corrective action taken.
• Devise Preventative Measures to Avoid Machine/Equipment/Instrument Downtime
• Keep Meticulous Records of Machine/Equipment/Instrument Service History
• Comply with safe work practices.
• Project or task completion within a certain time frame
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Comply with classification and prioritization system for completion of work order.
• Coordinating stock control operations with stock controller, as well as the sales and finance departments.
• Prepares reports on work activities

Candidates must have :

• VALID OGSP
• VALID MEDICAL CHECK UP
• VALID E-VETTING
• VALID CIDB

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
