Jawatan Kosong Admin Assistant - Data Entry & Reports Shah Alam Seksyen 23 in Shah Alam

Working Location

• Lot 9, Persiaran Perusahaan, Section 23, 40300 Shah Alam, Selangor.

Responsibilities

• To perform optimizing of materials require and data input.
• To provide administration and clerical support.
• To maintain and update file status on the operation system.
• To perform general admin duties which included photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing and data entry.
• To ensure proper housekeeping and maintain good working condition.
• Any other duties and responsibility as and when necessary at ad-hoc basis.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Management, Administrative Science, Manufacturing, Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
• Must be good in Mathematics (At least a C in SPM).
• 1-3 years of relevant experiences in Data Entry / Microsoft Excel / ERP System / AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
• Meticulous to details and sensitive to numbers.
• Must be willing to work in a factory office environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
