• Membantu ahli Farmasi dalam proses pendispensan ubat dan melayan pelanggan
• Stok inventori termasuk menerima stok, menyemak tarikh luput , menyusun barangan yang sedia ada di farmasi
• Memastikan dan mengekalkan kebersihan dan kekemasan farmasi
• Memberi perkhidmatan pelanggan yang cemerlang dan sentiasa aktif dalam mempromosikan produk-produk di farmasi kepada pelanggan
• Membina hubungan baik dengan semua pelanggan dan mewujudkan persekitaran yang mesra pelanggan
• Melaksanakan sebarang tugasan dan kerja lain sebagaimana yang dikehendaki oleh pihak pengurusan
