Technician is responsible for driving maintenance programs (including routine inspection, corrective and preventive activities) with a focus on system reliability, with the application of Best Practices and wide range of engineering principles and practices to:
Implement mandatory routine inspections in conformance to Standard Operating Procedures and reliability governance.
Support emergency (unscheduled) repairs or troubleshooting of facilities equipment, and close monitoring on facilities system performance, critical parameters and loading.

Facilitate and administer reliability improvement projects including isolation and Testing and Commissioning, and other experimental simulations.
Interface directly with clients to identify and analyze critical needs, define problems, and develop specifications to guide the solution process.
Supervision and Leadership
Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing direction and support. Assign and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely completion

Facility Maintenance and Operations
Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs. Coordinate and perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks.
Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly and efficiently.
Oversee repairs and coordinate with external contractors as needed.
Customer Service and Client Relationships
Ensure feedback from client are recorded and action taken to the satisfaction of the end user. Lead by example in achieving maximum client satisfaction level.
Reporting
Ensure data integrity and accuracy of all information reported associated with Daily Shift Ops Report, Maximo PM Closure and other imperative updates
Requirements
Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma in Engineering discipline/Chargeman Cert, with considerable hands-on working experience 2 years above in facilities engineering.
Able to work independently, possess integrity and a right sense of urgency to meet
Interpersonal skills with a strong client focus.
Good written and oral communication skills deadlines, including work irregular hours and occasional travel if any urgent support.
Other prerequisites
Ability to work on 12 hours shifts is preferred
