Jawatan Kosong BAKER ASSISTANT in Kota Bharu

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and measuring ingredients for various recipes.
• Support the baking team in mixing, kneading, and shaping dough.
• Monitor baking progress, ensuring adherence to precise baking times and temperatures.
• Help in decorating and finishing baked products as per established guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, utensils, and equipment.
• Follow health and safety protocols and uphold food handling standards.
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to ensure freshness.
• Contribute ideas for new recipes or improvements in baking processes.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or bakery setting is a plus.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and familiarity with baking equipment.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality baked goods.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
