Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in the construction industry (mandatory).
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure works, including Roads & Drainage, Water Reticulation, and Sewerage Systems.
• Experience in construction material procurement and supplier management.
• Able to source, negotiate, and compare quotations from suppliers.
• Familiar with CIDB, Immigration, and Labour regulations.
• Experience in coordinating foreign worker administration is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (cost analysis & calculations) and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, responsible, and able to work independently.

Key ResponsibilitiesConstruction & Site Engineering

• Prepare and review infrastructure designs for Roads & Drainage, Water Reticulation, and Sewerage Systems.
• Supervise and coordinate construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and prepare daily progress reports.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and clients to resolve technical issues.
• Verify site measurements, work progress, variation orders, and contractor claims.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) requirements.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical support throughout project execution.

Pay: From RM3,300.00 per month
