Location: KL Eco City

Internally, this position is known as Talent Acquisition (TA) Analyst. The incumbent will be based at BASF Asia Pacific Service Center, and be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment processes, from building a sourcing strategy, candidate sourcing, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer management and to handling onboarding. The TA Analyst will also develop and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders and continuously work on process improvement, automation and digitalization initiatives, to offer strong service delivery experience to the stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for complete recruitment process from requisition management, candidate sourcing, selection process, offer management, pre-hiring activities, satisfaction survey, to candidate onboarding.
• Collaborate with multiple parties to develop and deliver recruitment strategy and framework suited for the service recipients. Support the talent pipeline processes through gathering of local market talent insights, managing sourcing/recruitment channels, creating internal candidate data pools, and supporting recruitment campaigns and marketing activities.
• Identify process improvement, automation and digitalization opportunities, prepare business case and participate in digitalization and process optimization implementation.
• Continuously review and maintain knowledge documents in areas of expertise.

Required Experience/Qualification:

• A Bachelor’s degree qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience recruiting for internship or new graduate positions.
• Fluent in spoken & written English.
• Experienced working in a large and diverse team; good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with different levels of the organization.
• IT savvy and experienced with Microsoft Office applications.
