Jawatan Kosong Test Scheduler in Kuching

YOUR FUTURE JOB

As a Test Scheduler at Melexis, you will prepare weekly Production testing schedules for the different Production shifts. Being a real driver from a planning perspective for the overall Production performance in a timely manner. Doing so in close collaboration with the Production and Supply chain Teams. More specifically, you will

• Measure and report outputs in regards to the success rate of the prepared schedules. Including proposing improvements and deploying them.
• Ensure the capacity utilisation at optimum level, aiming overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Conduct daily review with the production shifts and update accordingly the production schedule.
• Handle planning emergencies, doing the needed adjustments (e.g. by Quality crisis; Delivery issues; Line stops at customer side).
• Plan production materials.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor degree or equivalent based on experience
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Thorough understanding of the production floor, including product-specific workflows and requirements
• Strong self-organization skills with the ability to maintain calm and resilience under stress
• Assertive, proactive, and positive mindset for achieving optimal results
  Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia
