Jawatan Kosong R&D - Gloves Formulation Engineer in Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

• Research and develop new glove formulations to enhance performance characteristics such as durability, flexibility, and comfort.
• Conduct experiments to evaluate and improve existing formulations.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and quality assurance teams to ensure formulation consistency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and materials to inform product development.
• Document research findings and prepare technical reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in R&D related to glove or polymer formulations.
• Strong laboratory skills and familiarity with formulation testing.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
