Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive individual to serve as a Personal Assistant (PA) cum Driver, Storekeeper, and Business Coordinator to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of eLaLa Sdn Bhd. This role is multi-functional and critical in supporting daily business operations, mobility, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Personal Assistant to COO
• Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
• Prepare meeting notes, follow up on assigned tasks, and ensure smooth administrative operations.
• Handle confidential documents and communications.
• Driver Duties
• Provide daily driving services for the COO to meetings, site visits, and business events.
• Ensure vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and roadworthiness.
• Maintain safe driving practices and adhere to traffic laws.
• Storekeeping Duties
• Oversee stock inventory at stores and warehouse.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and record-keeping of all products.
• Coordinate stock movements between warehouses, stores, and customers.
• Business Coordination
• Assist in managing store operations and sales activities.
• Act as liaison between stores, suppliers, and the COO.
• Support execution of business plans and operational tasks.

Requirements

• Possess a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (PA, driver, or operations role).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multi-tasking and work under minimum supervision.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Trustworthy, reliable, and committed to confidentiality.
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours when required.
