What You'll Do
1)Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new employees.
2)Build and maintain a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
3)Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding.
4)Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately and confidentially.
5)Support payroll preparation, leave administration, attendance, and other HR operations.
6)Coordinate employee training, development, and performance management activities.
7)Organize employee engagement activities and company events.
8)Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies.
9)Handle employee enquiries professionally and assist in resolving workplace issues.
10)Recommend and implement HR initiatives that improve productivity, engagement, and workplace culture.
11)Manage foreign worker administration, including work permit applications and renewals, immigration matters, foreign worker documentation, medical examinations, and related government agency requirements.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
